Erin B. Forman, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC

Hi! Thank you so much for visiting my site. For whatever reason you landed here, I am so thankful and grateful to have you and look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Though it is hard to believe, as time flies, I have been a Registered Nurse for 15 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 5 years! Throughout my career, one thing has not changed and that is my desire to help people, love people, heal people. After years of working in critical care nursing, including travel nursing across the country and being on staff at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), I became a Family Nurse Practitioner and relocated to Rowlett, Texas where I managed a non-invasive cardiology clinic in Plano, Texas for several years. After gaining this invaluable experience, fate stepped in and allowed me to pursue my dream of starting my own business in the world of medical aesthetics. One of the best things about nursing is the ability to change career paths without changing my career, and I am so excited about the opportunities that aesthetic nursing will bring!

In addition to my professional role, my most important job is that of being a mama to two beautiful children- Brooks and Charlotte, and wife to my hubby Matthew. Becoming a mother changed my life in so many amazing ways. My kiddos are truly my balance, motivation, and inspiration for the future. I would dare to say that all who know me might say I tend to put 110% into my family and relationships. As my client, I hope to extend that same show of respect and integrity to you and that you feel like family when in my care.

When it comes to aesthetics, I take a natural approach to wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers. My goal is to enhance your innate beauty, while highlighting each individual’s unique facial features. Facial balancing and providing the most desirable results are extremely important to me. Fillers and neurotoxins may not be for everyone though.
Maybe you are not ready for that, or maybe you simply don’t need it yet! I hope to integrate more natural services into my practice, as well as new techniques, in the near future and will look to my clients to guide additional services. I want my practice to be about what you need, so please give me your feedback! For now, one of my favorite completely non-invasive services that I want to highlight is medical derma-blading. I fell in love with this procedure as I rolled into the next decade of life recently and was still a nursing mama! Unable to use wrinkle relaxers, I was searching for something to make me feel better in my own skin and derma-blading was the answer! Derma-blading takes off that top layer of “peach fuzz” and leaves your skin so soft and rosy after exposing the fresh skin. My face was so soft I couldn’t stop touching it, and it is 100% safe for nursing mamas and those unsure about injectables quite yet!

but why choose Lady Lagniappe Aesthetics ?

there are so many choices out there

First

I am a double Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Specialist, so I have received the training and have the background to give you top notch care.

Second

Simply put, making people feel good is a passion of mine! Whether it is smiling with eye contact when you say hello to a stranger, offering a simple compliment, or now being able to provide these services, I know I am making a difference in how someone feels within. My desire is to make you “feel good in your own skin”, thereby enhancing self-confidence and overall well-being. Becoming the best version of ourselves is empowering and captivating to those we encounter. Wouldn’t you love to radiate a humble confidence all the time?

Lastly

You may have surmised from my name choice that I have some Louisiana roots! I am indeed a Louisiana gal through and through living this Big Texan world, and I wanted to integrate some of that charm into my practice. “Lagniappe” means “something given as a bonus or extra gift”, or as I always knew it growing up “a little somethin’ extra”! So come see me at Lady Lagniappe Aesthetics, where you’ll always receive a step above premium treatment, that little somethin’ extra!
